If you’re a parent or carer who…

We provide specialist forest school sessions for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, working closely with local schools in Norfolk UK to deliver high-quality, personalised support. Our approach combines outdoor learning with therapeutic and trauma-informed practice, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

In small groups, we help children build emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, and social skills through engaging, nature-based activities. Every session is tailored to individual needs and designed to ensure each child feels understood, supported, and valued.

Has a child we are already working with

To keep up to date with the type of sessions your child has been experiencing this term, follow us below on Instagram and Facebook.

It would mean the world to us to hear your (or your child’s) first hand account of how we are supporting your child and the difference it’s making to their lives. Most schools start working with us through word of mouth recommendations, and reviews like this enable us to support more children.

Has a child you are hoping we could work with

Referrals to our provision are made by schools. If you have a child who you feel we could support, our recommendation would be to speak to their school and ask them to make contact with us.

Our work can be tailored to support children’s EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan) or IEP ( Individual Education Plan) targets.

Has a child we will be working with soon

As your child prepares to start with us, we want them to feel comfortable, confident, and familiar with who we are and what to expect. To help with this, we’ve created a dedicated page that you can explore together before their sessions begin.
